Your usage is collected on your Mac. Nothing is sent to us. There is no Usage HUD account and no telemetry.

Claude: reads the same usage endpoint as Claude Code’s usage panel. The HUD never refreshes or changes your Claude Code token.
Codex: reads local session logs, labeled as local telemetry, not billing.

Requirements

Apple silicon Mac · macOS 14 or later

For each lane you use: Claude Code signed in, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, or Ollama. Available readings depend on your provider and local setup.

FAQ

Will macOS let me open it?

Yes. Usage HUD is signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens like any other Mac app. The current download is Usage HUD 1.0.0, build 3.

Can I get a refund?

Email support@thaliabloom.com within 14 days of purchase.

Which Macs does my license cover?

Your personal license covers the Macs you own. Updates through 1.x are included.

Does Usage HUD collect telemetry?

No. The app has no telemetry, and this page has no analytics scripts. Stripe processes your payment; your email is used only for receipts and support.
